Tamara Zidansek is a Slovenian professional tennis player, who was born on 26 December 1997. Her highest career ranking so far came in September 2021 and she is currently positioned as World No. 33 on the WTA Tour.

Tamara’s coach is 56-year-old Marjan Cuk, and she has previously worked with Zoran Krajnc. Tamara first fell in love with the sport during a summer camp, and she hasn’t looked back since. 

In-game, Zidansek can be described as a dynamic player who likes volleys and slices. Her preferred surface is clay, but she started to play more regularly on hard courts too. The Australian Open is her favourite tournament, as she loves to play tennis at big venues.
