Nicolas Mahut's

Clara Tauson is a Danish pro tennis player born on 21 December 2002. She was named the youngest Danish tennis champion back in 2016. Tauson has had an outstanding career since 2017. Her career-high rankings of world number 52 in singles and world number 433 came on 20 September 2021 and 30 August 2021, respectively. 

Tauson had a successful junior career where she played in amateur tournaments between 2013 and 2019 before joining professional tournaments in 2017. Her best performance in the juniors was when she won the girls’ 2019 Australian Open. Later that year, she was honoured as the first Danish girl to top the junior world ranking.

Clara was born in Copenhagen, Denmark to Tine Lindgaard Tauson and Soren Tauso. Clara has a sister called Caroline Groth Tauson. Her tennis talent was realized when she was six years old. In her early stages, she was often compared to Caroline Wozniack, who was the best tennis player in Denmark at the time. 

She began as a junior player at the age of 10 and upgraded to professional tennis in 2017. Clara is coached by Tine (her father) and Olivier Jeunehomme. 

Hobbies and Interests of Tauson

Clara has been a clothing and racket ambassador for Yonex since she began her professional tennis career. 

Moreover, she’s a big lover of dogs and cats and likes going out with friends. Clara has massive fans on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, where she always engages with them. At the moment, she has maintained a private relationship status.
