Adrian Andreev's

Adrian Andreev is a young tennis player from Bulgaria who has entered the professional scene as one of the best junior players. He was born on May 12, 2001, in Sofia. Adrian turned pro in 2016 and is a right-handed player who uses a two-handed backhand. He earned the first FedEx ATP Rankings point at the young age of 15 after defeating future Top 100 player Dellien in 2016 Ruse Futures in the first round. In the 2021 Antalya first round, he qualified and won his first ATP Tour match against former Top 100 player Ilhan. Adrian didn't drop a set en route to ITF World Tennis Tour titles at 2020 Heraklion and 2021 Antalya.

His childhood nickname is Adi, and he began playing tennis at the trifling age of 5. Regarding his family, his parents' names are Miroslav and Mariana Savova. Andreev has publicly admitted that he enjoys playing fast & hard games when he holds the racket. His favourite shot is forehand, and his idol while growing up was, of course, Roger Federer. Being incredibly keen on sports, he has admitted that he would be a football player if it weren't for tennis.

As a 17-year old player, Adrian became the first player born in 2001 to play in the main draw of the ATP World Tour. Andreev was given another wild card for the main draw of the 2019 Sofia Open. The Bulgarian took world No. 45 Matthew Ebden to three sets but lost in a tie-break in the third. Later, he was once again given a wild card into the main draw of the 2020 Sofia Open a year later, yet he couldn't beat John Millman. Finally, Andreev recorded his first Top 100 win at the Singapore Open, where he defeated world No. 82 Lloyd Harris.
