Along with tennis, he actively participated in football, judo and swimming. But eventually, decided to pursue a career in tennis. In November 2019, he reached a career-high rank of world no. 8 on ATP singles.

Yannick is a professional tennis player from Germany. He started playing tennis at the age of 5, along with his parents. Growing up, he was a huge fan of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, which also increased his enthusiasm for this game. 
Yannick, who has a hearing impairment in both his ears, never let it hinder his ability to ace in tennis. His love for tennis has always been with him, which has brought him fame worldwide.
