Andy Murray was born on May 15, 1987, in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Scottish tennis player who won three Grand Slam titles and two men’s singles Olympic Gold medals during the 2010s. 
Despite being born with exceptional talent, speed, strength, and a deft touch, Murray often fought himself and his opponents on the court. In 1996, disaster struck at Dunblane, Scotland Primary School, where he was a student, when a gunman opened fire, killing 17 students. Murray escaped the shooting by hiding in a classroom and never spoke of it again. He left Scotland as a young child, driven by his mother, who was a former tennis teacher, to continue his sports education in Spain, where he learnt to play on clay and fend for himself.
Murray is an all-court player who focuses on defensive baseline play; according to some critiques in 2009 were quoted as saying: “Murray could be the best counter puncher on tour today.” His strengths include low-error groundstrokes, the ability to predict and respond and the pace at which he transitions from defence to offence, allowing him to strike winners from defensive positions. Murray also has a dynamic stroke execution and of the best two-handed backhands on tour. 
Outside of tennis, Murray is a founder member of Malaria No More UK’s Leadership Council, which he co-founded with David Beckham in 2009. Murray has made a brief public service advertisement for the charity called “Nets Required” to help raise money and funds for the malaria campaign.

Stanislas Wawrinka, aka Stan, is a Swiss tennis ace popularly known among the top-level tennis players worldwide. He started playing tennis when he was 8 years old. However, he turned pro at the age of 17. 
From 2008 to 2012, Stan saw epic glory and won some of the memorable titles of his career. He entered among the top 10 players for the first time at the final event of the Masters Series in Rome. Although he did not win his finals against Novak Djokovic, it was still a great achievement to enter among the top 10.
Further, during the 2008 Summer Olympics, he teamed up with Federer to play semi-finals in men’s doubles. The duo won the round to enter into the finals. In the final round, too, they were able to defeat the contestants to clinch the gold. 
His other achievements include 3 Grand Slam titles won during the 2014 Australian Open, 2015 French Open and 2016 US Open. He grabbed the titles by defeating the No.1 players Rafael Nadal and Novack Djokovic. Moreover, in 2013, he was placed at No.3 rank, which was his career-high for that particular year. 
He also played an important role in helping Switzerland win the 2014 Davis Cup. Another major gain of his career is ATP Tour Masters 1000 won at 2014 Monte Carlo.
On the personal front, Stan was married to Ilham Vuilloud from 2009 to 2015. The duo has an 11-year-old daughter named Alexia.
